A Toothbrush Is Not A Toy

Sophie, you have approximately one million cat toys scattered around the house. There is no need to jump up on the bathroom sink and play with my toothbrush.

I decided it was time for a new kitty. I still really miss Gatsby, but I also missed just having a critter around the house. Sophie is a rescue cat from Because You Care. She's still a bit skittish, but seems to be settling in ok.

She has a favorite spot on the couch for napping.

And she LOVES her catnip mouse that my Mom bought for her.

She's a real sweetie. I think we're going to get along just fine.
